EL Panel + 12V inverter $38

I was talking to a local bloke who does a bit of car detailing etc, and I happened to mention these 12V EL panels & inverters that people had been putting in the rear centre panel of their zeds.

He told me he can do me a set for $38. The price seemed good to me.

Personally, I don't want one (too ricey for me).... but I thought I'd see if anyone here wanted it ?

You pay postage to your door, I reckon a $10.30 post satchel will do the job .

 

What colour though?

 

I don't know.....

I'm pretty sure he said I could have any colour I like.

Like I said I wasn't that interested because they don't do anything for me. I just posted because I thought someone might want it.

A few people seem interested.....

So I enquired about a multiple purchase. He said it was just a "mates rates" offer if I wanted one. If I wanted more, I could, but I MUST get them all at once. One order only.

It looks like there is interest for 5, so I'll wait a few days and get him to grab 5 sets.

Someone wanted 2 sets, I reckon both sets will probably go in the one post satchel.... so that will be a saving.

Oh, some of the people who were interested neglected to nominate a colour.... PM me with your favourite flavour.

I might get one of these afterall. I have a spare centre panel I could put it in If I'm going to the trouble of getting these, I may as well grab one myself..... $38 isn't going to blow the budget

 

Im In. Any idea on the colour. Green or blue would be good. If green was the original then thats prefered

This started out as an ad for ONE el panel/inverter that I'd been offered but didn't want. (Read opening post)

It was a ONE OFF deal. After being contacted by a number of forum members, the purchase quantity was able to be increased....... but the conditions remain unchanged. This is a ONCE ONLY offer, so, no you can't purchase from him later on.

 

What size would the EL strip be, obviously large enough ?

 

About the same size as ''300ZX'' on rear panel.....

Approx 300mm x 30mm

Will pickup tomorrow....

I'm heading back home tonight, so I'll pick these panels up tomorrow. I notice there's a number of people who've placed an order but have NOT paid yet

The price on these will be $45 after tomorrow, so you better be quick.

All panels and inverters will be bench tested before dispatch, and all prepaid's will be posted in the afternoon, so expect to get them early next week.
