why dont you use white / clear heat shrink to cover leds? like done here...

i have clear heatshrink, iv explained before, i covered mine in black as LED's are very bright, meaning it left a very bright spot where the LED's were

i was going to ask for red full rings then i had a look @ his sig and realised they might turn out pink... BAD IDEA

interested in white full rings. they look great at night but any chance of pics of what the rings look like in daylight? if they look too tacky around the lens i might pass.

 

you can make green ones??

you can make practially any colour....just need to choose what colour 30c LED's to use...

 

led's arent 30C if your wanting to get ones that will last more than 30 mins, and green will cost a tad more unless i buy bulk for them

im looking in to using another method / materials on making my own set..if it works out fine, should be rather easy to make the ones you want...will let you know.

also yeah looking into the bars, i was going to be making a set for mine identical to the audi ones but work doesnt need me at the moment so i dont have all the resources.

badxtc nah you cant see them, whiteones will be ready as soon as i get this jig, so very very soon. wires are totally hidden, ill show pics of mine and other options.

installing mine i drilled holes, but revising it i would drill them in a different place TOTALLY hidden, its in a spot not visible from outside the car

of course i'd make a new thread if i was....just saying im looking in to another type of material and if it turns out to be any good at all ill make a thread up about either how to make it or just make em at cost for ppl.

TordeK: thats sweet man, wasnt trying to come off offensive. im also looking at making a bar, with the angled end, out of acrylic rod cut to the size and dimensions of the front edge of the lights, so it sits flush against it,

ALSO white lights will be finished tomorrow, for those who have ordered im sending out bank details via PM, and confirming the type wanted, please include username in transfer description, and pm me confirmation and address,
and ill send them out as soon as payment has been recieved.

also soon ill be posting the instructions for the install.

 

got the details but i'm still waiting for a day pic before deciding mate.

perhaps ask airstyle to take a pic of his already installed in daylight?
