WA Tech Day/BBQ 1st Nov!

    Really want to come to a tech day guys and will do in the near future to meet other owners and get more info on where i'm at with my car ,so if the next date coincides with my roster and the better halfs plans I will be travelling from geraldton to attend the day !! Have a good one !!

    ahahaha! You guys love pulling stuff apart as much as i do then! :D

    Lotsa stuff still needs pulling apart!

    Front fenders, Bonnet, Headlights, Tail lights, Indicators, Reo bar, Interior panels, rear seat, front seats, stereo console, tail lights, front brakes, rear brakes, hand brake assy, uprights, PS pump, PS reservoir, radiator all removed.
    Plenum half off, just need to undo the egr pipes and off it goes!

    ahhh thers nothing more fun then pulling a car apart

    ill come and say Hey for an hour or two then gotta take off

    should i bring the 9" grinder guys???

    will bring my Zed safe ramps for those who need to get under a car here or there...

    Dunno about the huge grinder. I can bring a small one, but I can't see too much grinding.

    Oh, but hang on... Ross likes grinders, so yer, bring it ;)

    Hmmmm, If anyone has a spark plug socket, would love it if they could bring it along! Gonna be changing out my plugs while i'm at it! :D

    Is it possible to clean sparkplugs? I always thought so, but I have heard recently that it's not a good idea.

    I was told by a mechanic that there is nothing *wrong* with cleaning & gapping it's just that by the time they need it it's usually about time to replace them so no-one bothers any more.

    So if they're dirty but still fresh I suppose you can.

    Great. I just have the impression mine are dirty, even though they are only 1 year old.

    so Dave you bringing the hose and the funnel right..i got the brake fluid and the transmission fluid you recommended..thats all i need to bring i think

    only if there coppers or platinums, you cant gap irridiums. they always damage the tips
