I started on my plenum pull ( took the battery out, intake pipes, balance pipe, disconnected O'2s, VTC's etc..) but i forgot to relieve the fuel pressure.
Can i just continue? I really cbf putting all that stuff back in

yes but you'll get fuel EVERYWHERE. The hoses will come off with a bang. Up to you, I wouldn't recommend it. I forgot to relieve fuel pressure the second time I had the lines out and it's not something I'd like to happen again.

Pop the fuel cap off, safety glasses on, lots of rags, away from potential flame sources, cut the hose about half way through with rags in place close by... hold rags/towel in place for a bit to prevent spray...

just put a rag over it when you undo the first clamp. Its not a problem.

It will not explode and destroy the house, or cause major earthquakes.

I got a heap (I always use rags anyway) but that was almost straight after turning off the engine so fuel pressure was still high. Just wrap up the hoses heaps and use caution, it'll be fine. I just meant not to go in hammer and tong and have a fuel fight like on Zoolander :p

As others have stated, just pull is off. I recommend pulling the hose from the fuel filter, and then pointing/aiming it into a container. I've done this before, with a rag underneath & didn't make a mess at all.

I cut mine off with side cutters last week - ive never known fuel lines to have real pressure in them! I got a face full of petrol for my efforts!

Don't worry people always make a big woop out of this, simply loosen your fuel tank cap to release pressure wrap a rag around which ever hose you pull off first as a small amount of fuel will come out, look away just to be safe

Loosening the Fuel Tank Cap is a waste of time. The tank should have a slight negative pressure (vacuum).

It is only the fuel line from the pump to the regulator (including filter, damper and rail) that has pressure. A rag (to stop it spraying everywhere), a container (to try and capture the spraying fuel) and saftey glasses (to keep spraying fuel out of your eyes) are what you need.

i removed the return line from the stock reg first and there was no pressure at all, the rail side still was pressurized so i doubt taking the cap off will do anything.
