Im a maybe now. My power steering pump has crapped itself and has been sent off for a rebuild, so i may or may not have it back before the weekend. I'll let you know by friday or Sat morning if i can make it or not

We're a maybe too, over an hour and a half to your place. And being its only getting started at midday after you wake up Tom, we have to be back in G-Town early arvo...so not quiet worth it atm.

as i know there will be a car show/photographic competition on sat, not sure location but must be in near town.

we can join and have a chat there, organise next time schedule .

anyway i indeed have few things to do, e.g havent tried the compression tester yet, need to change spring, etc.

 

Personally, I have some new vac lines I want to put on
Also a braided fuel line/pump from Caz
and a stainless steel lower rad pipe as well.
That's what I'm after anyway

Sounds like maybe the next best thing, obviously there are a few of us that arent fussed as to when, just moreso for it to be a weekend. For doing this type of thing, we're going to need room and time. 300's arent the quickest thing to repair and maintain... so a revised 'Tech' date yes, general catchup thats the few for this weekend.

As mentioned though, this sat i wont be able to, so its a bummer, but im more then happy to help you all out Tech wise on a revised date. Remembering space to work is needed.

I so which is wasnt coming up to the busy time of the year for my company and that they'd let me have a few cars here. Maybe ill ask the question, providing nothing stupid happens. Having a hoist makes life so much easier.

Dam straight the odds are good that i won't be able to make it to this one, a revised date would be good. As for ant he's futher out than all of us, and we prob won't be seeing much of him for alittle while as he has just had another kid, which is fair enough, his priorities have changed.

This is funny. The irony in this, is that we finally get something organised and all our cars break.

 

lol, amandas and mine havent. my drive shaft issue is now since resolved lol.

Tom gl with the core, it took me a long time to do amandas...cant believe im saying it, but i can give you a hand replacing it...at least i have the know how now to make it a quicker replacement... was slightly annoyed at amands when i did it, as the core looked fine, it was i think the seal between the hard pipe with the close flap, and the core....lots of swearing...

luckily winter is on its way out...bypass time i guess.

btw, my pc is inoperable too atm, been like that for months...too many other things taking up my time. shall have to fix it soon...

silver, where have you sent your pump? what are they slogging you?

zapp, where are you located in the town? first week of september may be a go'er providing again there is a location...
