I want to neaten my engine bay up a bit by painting a few bits and pieces..
My thoughts are to get a polished plenum, spray the balance pipe blue to match blue vacuum hoses, spray the cam covers silver and spray the throttle cover blue..
    What do people think?

i had this bookmarked in my ebay account too.

i was looking at these too, but also thinking... polished stainless... but hte prob with that is the cost....atm i cant justify $300 plus for some intake hoses

Yeah, thats all part of the job, not difficult to do just time consuming. Heres a pic of my plenum half done to show the difference with match porting
    [IMG]
And it's a job you can to to everything. Lower plenum to heads, heads to exhaust manifolds, turbo's to dumps, and you can clean out and hone the dumps, they have a casting "dag" at the outlet that reduces the diameter by about 6mm. All DIY, not much money, about 20 Litres of "elbow grease" :D
