IF you drill the bolt holes to 14mm

Aren't R34 pretty much the same as 350Z Brembos?

Incorrect, the rotor diameter and thickness are the same, but the offset is not :D

Are you talking gtr or gtt brakes? I've got r34 gtt brakes (calipers & rotors) which are very well priced, compared to the gtr brembos at least. 310 x 30 mm with the only issue being the 12 > 14mm mounting bolts. I drilled the hubs out to accept the 14mm r34 bolts, the other option would be to chuck a helicoil in the calipers holes so you could use the z32 12mm bolts still.

thanks lidz, the jap wrecker offered me the R34 GTT brakes and rotors for $400
whereas just getting slotted $140, Z32 30mm calipers instead of my 26mm $100 plus
greentuf type pads $180 its almost the same plus the rotor on a R24 is like 32mm plus the brakes themselves look real big and chunky compared to our Z32 ones

Have a look on sau for people wrecking cars, they can be had cheaper actually.
I ended up going some dba slotted rotors & qfm hpx pads, great street setup for now

Resurrecting a dead thread, but will R32 rotors/calipers fit in the same way?

    Thanks

Even easier, will bolt straight on. R32 gtst are the same as z32, r32 gtr are the same caliper design and pads but have longer mounts to suit larger discs. R32 gtr v spec got brembos, still bolt straight on but hard to fit under 16" wheels.

R33 brembos also bolt straight on.

And easier to find. Slight bending of the hardlines required. Be careful or they snap. Don't ask me how I know....

I just installed some (your old ones I think, still work great) and rather than bending the line so it sits in the right spot I just bolted the line to the caliper before bolting the caliper to the knuckle, super easy. Not sure if your lines had hardened more or something.

Been there, done that. It's the trouble with being hamfisted.

They always looked after me, very happy with those brakes. Second only to the $6k worth of massive AP's I had on the M3.
