Came across this pic, its a 100mm thick core. To me seems to be minimal to no cutting ?

That's gonna be tricky to do on twins?

The pic you've posted looks like an RB engine with a big ass single.

I still doubt it can fit without cutting.

    lol, no worries.

Certainly going straight six with a big single and big FMIC is a much simpler setup for big hp than a VG, and much easier to work on. Certainly as others have suggested I doubt you'd see any benefit running multiple intercoolers, probably the opposite.

It will fit easily. You just need to mount it between the chassis rails not off the usual bolt holes right at the front like the pic (provided its single in out)

No, it won't fit, you'll have to cut. 600MM core width is way too wide to fit between the fame rails. My 400MM core just fits the frame rails after the end tanks are thrown into the equation.

As i said it will fit if its a single inlet/outlet cooler. I should know i have one on my own car and the reo bar is in place. Mine isnt 100mm thick but it makes no difference if you mount it like mine. I could have gone 100mm if i wanted to

    thats perfect thanks!

to confirm, its a 600x300x?? PLUS end tanks ontop ?

(and i can squeeze in 100mm) between the rails as long as its ingle in/out with piping going under the rails?
