So...when's the next Vic cruise? Cam jumped in with this immediately following the GOR, who's taking up the gauntlet?
Goldfields I believe..... Feb sometime, if no one else does a new run then ill do another... Basically I do these runs anyway (sometime on my own), so Im only posting it on here so others can enjoy, its not much effort
Sounds lovely We don't really have the roads for it down here, not on our doorstep anyway. I do take the occasional spirited drive, but it's sort of down one nice twisty road for 5-10 minutes, rather than hours spent on mountain passes
You obviously havnt explored your backyard then! Alot of sections on the cruise I just ran had sections where you wouldn't believe you where in Australia! Real pretty sections...
Living on a Peninsula my back yard is pretty limited I like to think I know all the good roads in the area...but I suppose if I drove far enough down the way I might find something...
Goldfields will be in 6 weeks time. Im fairly sure thats what Mick said. Im sure he can confirm, and the thread will be up soon enough.
i just got my veilside ec1 pics up in a sec . hehehehe not a bad wing i cant wait to got it painted . im getting a new hatch tomorrow from an NA , should be good
great cruise well done Cam. good turn out. Went well for all concerned, pity alex cant drive maybe he needs to be up the back. lol only kidding alex. then again you do not read too many posts, so you may not see this. Hope to have my zed up and running next cruise. Cheers bigmax.
was good to see you max. I still remember 4 years ago, the very first cruise I did in a zed and talking to you. glad to see your well. also shout out to Martin, sic pics and always a laugh as well as robbo for picking me up and driving me to the salon to get myroadster.. also to bullus, always the comic relief
Haha, I'm sure Vic has plenty to offer! Red Hill area has some decent country roads, but they're mostly just country boring straight stuff. Arthurs Seat road is one of those squiggly mountain gems, but it's not long enough If you mean Rosebud-Flinders road, that is a good one. Lucky me, my girlfriend is from Flinders, so there are many trips down there to visit the family. And for some pier jumping in the Summer
thanks mr zx Thanks for your best wishes mr zx. I know your selling your zed and moving on, but not to far i hope. Keep in the z scene if you can, we need all the nice guys we can get.all the best bigmax.
Some of my Pics... Andrews hot M3... Some how I always manage to get a mug shot of Alex.... Micks hair...... Peeka boo.... Now I'm hanging out for the next cruise. Bring on the Goldfields!!
Thanks for the photos Mark! There are some good shots in there... I like the on of Andrews newer m3 and he older one in the background. And of course Micks hair!!!! Omg!
My hair would like to thank Cam for organising this cruise Cam, you did a great job. Sure we had some hiccups but it was a fantastic day in the company of top people  Excellent roads, some of the best prolonged twisties I've driven in a long time. + 1 for making it an annual event. Some pics. Kinglake. Obligatory shot of the 2 Silvias, cru1sr's is the left/background one - Kinglake. Checking out each other's cars, we're a bit like dogs sniffing each other's bums at times Leaving Kinglake. I laughed at the thought of a tractor leading the cruise. But there was such a mad mixture of rides on this cruise, including a horse at one point, that the tractor really didn't look out of place  Another shot, just because I like tractors Healesville. Cru1sr getting serious with his photography. I'd wondered why his nickname was "Tripod", could this be the reason? - And in the above pic we see Sean, barefooted. Again. EVERY cruise I've been on, Sean ends up barefooted. What's with that? In the middle of nowhere. Checking the damage to badxtc. Poor Alex, my heart went out to him. I'd have been devastated. Still in the middle of nowhere. Man on a Slashmission - Mission accomplished -
