From my own experience OEM bumpers not lining up at the fender is because of the fender being adjusted incorrectly (so no amount of tweaking the bar will improve it). There's a single upside down bolt going into the front of the fender, near where it meets the bar, which can be loosened and allows for a fair bit of movement of the fender. Check it out next time you're there.

I had my fenders off recently and on the passenger side it's only secured by *Bolt near the top of the door *two bolts in the sill *bolts along the top of the fender *two bolts running from the fender through the front bar *self tapping a req running through the front bar into the fender What's the bracket you speak of? I've never been able to get this side to line up and have always put it down to the front bar (which sits proud of the fender). Wondering if I'm missing something else...
Having looked at every pic in that link, and even just for the hell of it printed out a few high res ones, NO the bumper does not fit flush in any way shape or form, and being an American left hander, the passenger side is actually less flush . Apart from that nice car, love the look of the bumper, yep wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much camber to be practical, nice colour too, and yep the comapny logo's plastered all over the rear windscreen annoy the crappers out of me, apart from being illegal.
Nice shots and a sensational car. In it's original form ( the first pic anti stuck up ) was the impetus to get me into my current 300. Seriously loved every iteration of it so far. Thanks for the headsup. If he were reading this and took on anonymous fat keyboard warriors opinions then I reckon he needs to delete the rear wiper. The arse on that 300 is thick but the wiper ruins it. Or is it because it is down?

Hard to get a good pic cause I forgot to take one before placing bar back on, but its the skinny metal bit in center of pic, mounts on inside of wheel well, and on top of guard tab where the rear most front bar bolt attaches in the bottom right of pic.
Ah ok -no good to me it fits well there, but sits proud up near the "corner". Appreciate the pic though.
Could try push it in while you tighten the two nuts on the end of the fender? There should be two 10mm nuts and possibly a 10mm bolt, so you should be able to pull that edge in pretty flush. You could also be missing sons hardware. Many of the bolts that hold the bar to the fender are a pain in the arse to get to and therefore get "deleted" during an aftermarket bar install.
