Driving around and i have noticed my car is fine no vibrations between 0 and 90.... then i get a little over 90 and the car starts heavily vibrating. I dont know what is causing this problem. What should i do?
Where does it vibrate? Steering wheel? If so, balance the front wheels. Does your bum vibrate? Driveshaft centre bearing. Get a one piece driveshaft
could be one of two things (or more)... 1) you need a wheel alignment 2) it could be play in your driveshaft
check tailshaft c if there is a clean spot or a mark where a balancing weight would have been it might have thrown it off
The vibration is lot in the ass and a little in the wheel. Like seriously my missus was driving in the passenger seat when we were doing bout 160 and her smile was pretty big... bit off topic but i thought that would help you all get it is pretty vigorous.
what a 160km and her ass was getting a good vibrating feeling? I'd be worried mate.... find that tool of hers and hide it.
Just need enough room for your to slide underneath on your back.. but you have to take out the exhaust first.. I've recently done mine, but would recommend a decent trolley jack. My car made a knocking sound just behind the gearbox even at slow speeds that was driveshaft uni worn out, and before that I would get a rumble on the freeway after 80 km that was center carrier bearing. Can be tyre's as well, perhaps brakes as well. ie warped rotors?
bahahaha funny as ^^^ This sounds like my prob, where there is nothing till about 80-90k's then its there, maybe not as much tho to make a girl happy -_- This however goes away after 15mins of driving at speed, and doesnt come back untill the next moring or on a fresh drive after sitting for some time.....its liveable
Center bearings. All sounds like center bearings to me. Especially 8300zx9. Also, as suggested. Driving a vehicle whilst its vibrating as bad as you're describing... why would you think exceeding the speed limit a wise decision. Not only with you clearly driving, but also with your missus in the car... Vibrations as bad as this can easily escalate into worse events/endings. Get it looked at professionally if you've not the suitable tooling to inspect yourself. Hopefully its an easy fix, as such the center bearing. And or youre wheel alignment/balancing.
