    I personally wouldn't do it, but it looks cool.

    I never saw it when I was down, Ditcham. Are the cable ties 100% tight? Is there any movement in it?

    Thanks man, I appreciate that. Never thought of the build that way, but I guess you're right. I tend to latch onto an idea and go the full 9 yards on it.
    Yeah, you missed something. They're pretty thick cable ties.

    It's pretty bodge-spec. I'm very happy to admit I need a bracket... something to hold the fusebox and the PTU. I'll make one up somehow when I have the time. In the mean time no harm will come from its current position. And the accessibility is awesome...

    Boost controller, MAP sensor

    I've been pretty sick the last few days, but still working on the tuck. Focusing on the back of the motor, I've tucked the MAP sensor and Profec boost control valve underneath the battery tray.

    I bridged the pre-throttle and wastegate vacuum lines at the back of the motor after tucking them underneath the sides of the plenum. It's a vast improvement over the four lines I had visible before.

    Since I'm planning to get rid of the battery all together, I moved all the cables which previously came out on top of the tray (from inside the fender) to... under the tray. There really is an absolute shit load of space there.

    I widened up this hole underneath the battery tray for access:

    You can see how much I took out here. That's chunky plug is for the HKS MAP sensor.

    This is the octopussy that got shoved under there.

    Conduit around the cut, old AIV tab to support the wiring and boost controller hose.

    And... done. Fuel filter included. All that's visible from the bay now are 3 vacuum hoses - plenum, wastegate and pre-throttle. These are run low along the firewall.

    Cool -good job tagging everything it'll come in handy...

    Make sure you put rags in your IC outlets (or tape them up), good time to do your hose bypasses too
