Na gona use all new. **** doing this again. Finding all cracks in my dash aswell. Helper a mate do shit with his girlfriends Mitsubishi and everything just pops off in one bit. So over it right now. I've also stuck a dry shamy? Cloth under my carpets to suck up any moisture
any coolant would u recomend for drifting ? when i bought the car the guy had no coolant it was all brown n rust. guess best to change the radiator too

If ya near other members near you defenitly get them to help unless you wana take it to a z shop or something. Just depends how much they quote you. At the moment I'd probly pay a fair bit
The bypass is a 15-20min job(using a new Ford Falcon hose or one of the existing heater hoses already on the car). I have done this job several times for other members, so there is no major issue in doing it. Anybody who goes to the trouble of doing a core replacement(using a second hand core)is foolish to consider taking that risk, if a new item can be sourced at the time. NO ONE wants to have to do it all again(after doing it once).
In my mind, the bypass is ONLY to help get you mobile/out of trouble, so you aren't stuck by the side of the road(or until you get time to do the proper repair). It is NOT an alternative to a full repair, in my opinion.:zlove:
agreed, bypass is a tempory fix, though many leave it bypassed for a long time. we can get away with no heater in WA most of the time, it gets cold, but not THAT cold lol....
