    My bad, wasn't loading.

Throw a 2k spec bar on it with an airbag steering wheel then cruise! Awesome find!

My thoughts exactly. It could be reverted back to pretty much OEM looking for around $1500 tops...

    Sell:
    - Bonnet $200 (aftermarket fibreglass)
    - Steering wheel $50
    - Front bar $500? (Stillen Urethane)
    - Rims (Advan RG) $800

    Total: $1550

    Buy:

    2k Front bar ($600ish in F/S section)
    Paint front bar $400
Remove rear spoiler and weld up holes/paint brazillian $500ish
    Rear infil panel $300ish
    Bonnet $50 (have one here)
    Paint bonnet $400
Airbag steering wheel (spewing i sold one recently) $200ish
    Stock rims n tyres $200

Total: $2650 minus the $1550 from bits sold, $1100 - $1500 tops to go back to pretty much stock... Probably less...

Car wouldnt be totally stock tho as it has Teins all round, Bigger bar and plate Jap intercoolers, A/M exhaust (soon the be twin) etc. So some desireable extras... If you sold the Teins, JAP SMIC's etc and went back to stock gear, u'd probably end up almost breaking even...

Surprisingly, it pulls like a mofo for only 10psi boost...

I personally quite like the way it looks too!

...not a problem at all Dean. I take my hat off to anyone who's actually got a 2k model in OZ - there was all this talk but no pics. I acknowledged all the way back at #20 that a few have possibly come here as personal imports

and mate, that's ok too! I've got five cars, three of which are Z32's. Some I don't drive as much as others. Shooting off at me for bragging about my 'late model Z32' ... now that's a little hypocritical don't you think?!

Very nice car! Wow, seriously, good for you. But if you've got one, why pretend that maybe you don't? Sorry, I must be too old or something but I don't really understand pretending, etc. I thought most people on this planet still said "I've got one!" if they've got one... Pity no one replaced the airbag. Well done.

lol I wasn't pretending I didn't have one. I was just curious as to what the differences are. I was being a little aloof but I wasnt ready to announce "I had one" just yet :p

Cheers for the compliments tho dude!

Think it depends on which pack you went for. As far as I know, this is a VS pack zed. There was also a VR pack. Or maybe it was just an option?

See below for pics taken from 2k brochure:

Yes and I have one of those brand new, waiting to go on my Z when its 2kspeced;)

It was an optional extra at the customers expense if they wanted it.

I'm not fussed about cosmetic changes between models, most change things get changed around anyway by the owners.

I am interested though in the changes that were done to the motor though, anyone know what differences have taken place in the motor since lets say 94?

Great thread as well - informative in regards to importing regulations.

    Cheers

Looks good, Im assuming since it's not a version R it didn't come with the cf centre console?

Edit: upon closer inspection it looks as though somebody's at least attempted to break into it, how much history do you know about this one?

Yeah the key word here is "attempted". Some half wit has tried to pry the door open from the pillar on the drivers side without much success. Any professional car theif would have had no trouble getting in. I am addressing this with the panel beater and will have it repaired shortly.

I did run a search and have the history report coming. Seems no accidents or theft reports since its arrival into aus :)
