    Hey all,

Im not a very technical guy, what are some of the things i should look out for when buying a NA Zed. Things like mechanical and electrical parts being out of date etc.

The most important thing you can do is to bring a forum geek when you go check it out. They'll give you the most comprehensive feedback on the vehicle you can get (including hooking up a laptop to it for info straight from the car's ECU), and will often do it in exchange for a case (or nothing at all!).

Z32 Wiki has got your back. Read it, read it again, read it some more... if you can't get an expert at your side then you may as well bluff them with the info here:

you can read every technical page ever written concerning these cars (which is a very good idea) but when your standing on the spot ready to inspect the car, with the cash in your hand, you'll forget 90% of it.
