Call out to people with safc and dual afms.

I have wired it all up and car won't start. I have checked all wiring and all good.
It doesn't idle but when i hold the accelerator down the car stays on.

When car is off with ignition on
    AFM 1 voltage - 0.40V
    AFM 2 voltage - 0.35V

SAFC setting Sens. No - IN 2 OUT 2
Sens. Cal. - IN 2 OUT ADD

    Here is the strange one.
The AFM voltage on my ECU talk when car off with ignition says 0.6V? Is this correct? Anyone else with the same setup, can you check what your ECUtalk gives you for AFM voltage when car is off?

    Thanks
    Mike

I have a SAFC Neo with dual AFM, I had a quick look at my readings today:

    IGN on / Engine off - 0.40 + 0.44 = 0.6
    Engine @ Idle - 1.15 + 0.95 = 1.3 (Cold so approx 900rpm)

My Settings are also In 2 - Out 2 - Add

So looks fairly normal to me, possibly a dud AFM or incorrect connections? Or Boost leak?
