This came up on Google Alerts for me. I wouldn't think a 300zx was a practical car for your average serial killer. No boot space for your shovel and plastics bags, no off-road ability, very conspicuous and the danger of always being pulled over for a defect check.

WARNING: A bit of a gruesome story but it was printed in the American press.

Yeah. Read about that Camaro. I think he was talking about it during the negotiations with the FBI.

Going back to the 300zx Google alert, a few American news articles about Zeds have popped up very recently. All within the space of a few days! Articles in the press about Zeds are usually VERY rare nowadays since there are less on the road. None of them are very happy articles either:

    * 300zx in the United States going too fast and the driver flying out the window after a crash. http://www.wrcbtv.com/Global/story.asp?S=13801215

    * 300zx going too fast and running into a horse drawn carriage, injuring 5 Amish people http://www.courierpress.com/news/2011/jan/17/infant-badly-injured-when-amish-buggy-hit-car-sout/

    * and the serial killer one.

I wouldn't want to meet anyone from any US 300zx forums right now

    yeah? how'd it come up?
    yup. you're going to jail.

nobody's considered that it's quite possibly a Z31, they outsold the Z32 in the states by a long shot

He was talking to a police negotiator saying his Camaro was something that people could never make again or replace. Just like his cult. Because they were such an icon they should go out with a bang. He said the world expected it?
