Is there something wrong with yours, or ...

do you have a project in mind? I have a spare set for painting and later fitting to my Z, at which point the covers on my car at the moment become available. This could be 6 months down the track - what's your urgency?

not urgent mikey, my plan is this.....

at the moment i have my lovely gold ones on, but over the 6 months that they have been on the car they have taken a few scrapes (not from me) and could probably do with some freshening up. However, to get them off is tedious and i would only really do it if something else required them to come off. I would like to have a second set, painted and ready to go, so then i can just swap them and put the fresh ones on. Then I can take the other ones, sand them, repaint them and keep them ready for another swap in the future. Believe me, there is order to my madness..:)

    Cheers

That's exactly what my plan is

prep them, paint them, and have them ready to go on when something needs doing. Seeing as the 200K service was done just before Berri, this is most likely to combine with a polished plenum or an upgraded radiator - hence my comment about 6 months down the track. Will keep in touch.
