Been hunting for a harmonic balancer for our import Mitsubishi Delica van. Unsuccessful after a few tries of taking a triton's or magna's as a replacement. Is there anyone who can help me out?! Or probably someone who has a direct contact from the states or Japan who can find one for me? Here are a few details of the van:

    Mitsubishi Delica 1997
    3.0 petrol
    Engine: 6G72
Can provide VIN number if need be

I've already inquired from Mitsubishi and they quoted me $650!!!

    Surely you edited that.

According to Wiki the 6G72 engine is also used in.

    1991-1996 Mitsubishi Verada (Australia)
    1993-2001 Mitsubishi Magna (Australia)

Is it too much to hope the balancer is the same ?

I already called supercrap, autobarn & repco. They gave me a"powerbond" replacement which is not exactly what I'm after. Mine has 2 multi-rib belts. Theirs has a v-belt and a multi-rib. I think that's for a series 1. Ours is series 2... :(

Will try Bursons tomorrow. Thanks friends...

Assume you still have the stock part? Maybe see if Ross or ATI can make one for you? Might be less than $650
