To follow up on this, I've decided definitely silver. Just gotta check the finances after pay day (tomorrow).

Caz is it possible to get the embroidery done in green, Kermit the frog green?

Hi SpaceFrog, yes I can arrange custom colours. I think it was $2.75 per logo extra to have a different colour... So $5.50 the pair. The charge is because they have to re-thread the machines.
Can you send me something that I can match the thread to? Because once its done, its done!
