Hooray! I picked up our first revision of our VQ-VG Gearbox adaptor plate today. Hope to bolt it up to the engine tomorrow and make sure it fits! :)

so how well is it all going so far.
how'd the engine mounts go for making it sit a bit lower?
id be right in saying that having these in would make everything so much better wouldn't it, like more room, more power more torque more effeciency. and even lighter

not a huge amount, been working on the fuel system because i'll be running e85. setup fuel cell with 3x 044 pumps and a surge tank. we've had the gbox machined down and adaptor plate is perfect. have had some engine mounts made but haven't got it running yet. I'm considering a pathfinder sump to make it easier to drop in to a stock z32...

    Three 044's

How much power are you trying to push? I know you need a decent whack more fuel with E85, but two 044's are enough for well over 1000hp on 'normal fuel'.

    e85 needs twice the fuel

run two fuel systems one for each rail and 044s are cheap enough

Bump.... How is this project going?

    AndyMac Better than you

Tuned correctly, E85 needs about 20% more fuel capacity.

I know nothing is set price wise yet, but after speaking to UAS in Sydney, is 5k really even remotely possible ; is there a ball park number for conversion from N/A? I was quoted upwards of 10k.

Unfotunately our estimation was a little off however we are still in the middle of the project so can't really comment on how much more the conversion would cost.

Our plan is to have all the bolt on parts (intercooler, piping, hoses, exhaust, adaptor plate, engine mounts, etc) be fabricated overseas to keep costs down to a minimum.

im not involved in this in anyway but id say it would be around 8 to 10k drive in drive out, thats what i would ballpark someone anyway
