Can highly attest to the best quality of care provided to his zed. And most especially to the ingenuity of the owner. East Coast Z has been my constant "zed doctor" without the PF (professional fee). A highly selfless man with much to offer. And this reflects to the zeds he owns, with this NA for sale included.
