No such thing as a silly question

The hold down rods are supplied as pictured so as they can be used with a variety of different sized batteries. You bend the rods to suit the height of your battery. If you're a part of the pre order and let me know what battery you're using they can easily be supplied pre bent for you.

 

Yes stainless bolts and optional coloured or stainless flush type washers. I will check re buffers.
