hey blondie, i've been hesitant to purchase from TTZ only because of the experiences others on this forum have had with regards to delays (stretching to several months in some cases), non-replies or perhaps even non-deliveries. the website hosts plenty of products with competitive prices, and i'd rather purchase locally than from overseas. but in light of my first point, the notion of sweet-looking floor mats that haven't been made yet doesn't prompt me to buy them til they're available, and even then... can you inform us whether or not this business intends to improve its service and delivery times? have there been changes in management for example? as an online business, good communication is a must - to manage client expectations and overcome frustration due to delays. the idea of the key contact person not being contactable is just not on. my 2 cents. sincere apologies if this is old news but as you can tell, i've been wanting to buy stuff from this website ages ago, simply because it's local and generally cheaper. if people have recently purchased from TTZ without any problems whatsoever please post. at least that would restore some "buyer's confidence" with TTZ within me. thanks blondie. and like i said, those mats do look sweet!
I spoke with JEN TODAY!!! Guys all I can say is TTZ Will regain your Trust once more. I made a call to TTZ Today, and was OVERLY IMPRESSED With the response. Quick replies and informative to match. GREAT BUSINESS ETHICS ARE BACK. All i can say is that it is highly unlikely that you will be let down with this company TTZ is going to do their best and let me assure you I had sneak preview today... Jen gets my vote....... of confidence too! After meeting her & her partner Pete (WYKKED) you couldn't wish to meet a nicer couple.....& between them they have so much to offer the ZED community! TTZ will be in good hands!! & I'm sure members will benefit greatly......& TTZ will again be a great site to source parts for our cars!.....but hey......remember to cut Jen a little slack.......it will take a 'teething' period to settle in & get everything in order!

Thank you to all for your support and comments. As you may be aware, it is a fairly big job I have agreed to do and I still have alot to learn so patients is the key. So if you get frustrated as your order is taking a little longer than you would like to fulfill, please remember that my knowledge base is limited and therfore I have to use other means to source your parts and information you require. It depends on the postcode it is going to. The postage should be somewhere between $25 & $30 depending on the above. If a few people in WA want to order sets, we are happy to ship to one central location to save some costs, obviously the price would be different. Cheers Jen
jen..... I will be very interested in those floor mats as I ordered some from simon about 2 years back but I had to cancel the order due to manufacturer issues..... Thank you all for your support again... As you will be aware some of the pricing does need to be revued off the TTZ web site and this will happen but it will take a few weeks. We have started in some areas but as you are aware there are alot of items for sale and at present my main focus is fulfilling orders currently in the system ( and there are quite a few, which is fantastic).
