" Z " - Bonnet Air Duct

.......I have sourced a Generic Bonnet Air Duct that some forum members may be inerested in. As I said it is not specifically made for Zeds, but as you can see it can be adapted :zlove:

........in fact the unit can be adapted to fit just about any bonnet Just shave the bottom edges where needed

......it can be fitted just as an add-on accessory, or the real thing as it has a wide air scoop.

......the material is quality, durable fibre glass, not the usual plastic that, twists and splits in the weather over time, and it comes ready for painting

....the price including postage (with insurance), packaging etc., within Australia is AUD$112.00





.....installation can be via double sided adhesive, or other adhesive, or fitting screws, nuts + bolts. No fitting pieces are supplied as most guys want to do their own thing

.....the above images show a unit just sitting on the bonnet of Karen's Zed. It is not fixed permanently Nor is it painted as you can see.

I think it needs to be wider and lower profile.

hey paul can you get the real deal proper vented bonnets? Also on a sperate note rughly when is the WW kit going to be available?

Air Duct......

Would look better if it was'nt as wide, and abit longer and have two of them like the Monaro bonnet scoops ?

 

seems when it comes to stuff like this we've all got different taste and would probably wanna have something unique anyway.

.......did not expect a huge response but I thought I would put them up for all to evaluate anyway in case they appealed to someone. I have not bought any in yet so no harm done I have not at this stage sourced a full bonnet.
