wow that looks nice.....could i ask though, do plp usually leave it as is or wrap them in this black stuff.....im just saying coz my cuz was telling me about this stuff they wrap around it which is better somehow?

 

Some people wrap it in heat tape stuff. Meant to stop heat from the exhaust escaping and heating up the turbo intake air i think.

setup looks nice. About the heat wrap, most people use tape to keep the heat inside the pipe's, it helps move the exhaust gas through the system a bit quicker, less restriction, it also helps keep the foot wells a bit cooler.
If people were intending to wrap their dumps, the aluminized steel pipes wouldn't be a bad chioce, there cheeper for starters. Offcourse mild steel wont last as long as SS, but it should last for many years, without problems!

 

If they're wrapped, probably last for ages I imagine. I'm sure you'd have other problems with a Z before the mild steel dumps gave out anyhow

...."keen pricing", in relation to a Mass Production deal that Specialty Zed is working on. This deal is taking longer than expected due to finding the right manufacturer etc., I am waiting to be advised on an approximate time frame for this to happen.
