NSW WRECKING - 1990 TT, AT, 2+0 (2 seater)

Hi everyone,
Bought this about a month ago as a project, simply has too many issues so am going to keep looking for a more suitable base chassis. + i would like a hardtop!

General info:

Was red resprayed professionally white.
Passed roadworthy inspection earlier this year.
Receipts for over 12k, everything done "professionally" at nissan at insane costs.

Problems:
-Front damage (bent the radiator support)
-oil cloud on boost (blown turbo seal?)
-Crazy alarm system (turn itself back on every open/close of a door or engine start)
-some sun damage and average plastics, consistent with 1990 model...


Missing:
2 seater tyre pump
Front end parts (have plenty from other halfcuts if you need headlights etc).




Modifications:
BOVs Blitz pair + Hard pipes $200 set
320kph speedo (aftermarket white facia, unknown make) $150 (complete cluster)

AVS 18's with really good tyres $1600 Near new, have receipt for 2x ALTENZO tyres for $763/pair. These still have the logo on the tread/driving surface. Rears are FALKEN in excellent condition (about 90%). Cant find any of these for sale so if anyone has an idea on price/offer please message me.



Recaros (with proper bolt in frames under them not a dodgy home weld up) $650 (matching pair), Drivers seat is torn and would suit a custom retrim.

Stock parts:

Engine (complete with loom) $800 - This engine has had fitted: new water pump, timing belt, injectors serviced, new injector connectors, most hoses, gaskets, thermostat.... etc... 15,000kms ago. Previous owner paid $9.7k for the initial engine replacement and then more for other work. It runs and idles perfectly however as soon as revs go up and the turbo starts spinning there is oil smoke. I assume the passanger side turbocharger has somehow failed (oil seal?) but i CANNOT be 100% sure of the cause with everything still assembled. this is NOT a rebuilt/fresh motor.
The engine includes, assembled all together: Block and heads, Injectors/fuel rail, Coilpacks, Complete top (plenum throttles etc), Loom, water pump, oil pump, CAS, Turbos with lines, etc.

I am willing to separate engine parts if needed.

Located in Kyogle, NSW, 2474. about 2 hours from the gold coast 3 from Brisbane and 9 hours north of sydney. (north east corner of NSW).

Everything can be picked up, or postage with smaller items is no problem. Please note on big items i may need a little time to remove as this car is currently complete and driveable at time of posting this. Courier is possible but buyer must make arrangements for low value items.

Anti - Ryan said he will think about it and is not willing to pay a deposit. Until someone is actually willing to pay for them (or at least a deposit) they will be available.
Regarding the rear bar, 3 people have now asked if its wings west, your the only person saying "Not even close" ?? No brand on the outside so probably will not know the make until its removed from the car.

I have a wings west full body kit that IS NOT wings west sorry to say it looks more like a stillen ..
Look up pictures of my 300 and you will see big differences.

On a side note can I get the targa hook and some roof trims ?

update

Plugged in another tt cluster and took her for a final drive this morning.
Oil pressure normal (just above middle of the gauge and dropped maybe 10% at it went up to operating temp, similar to my past TTs), driving feel normal and responsive. strangely NO oil smoke at all but a noise that sounds like its from the passenger side (engine area) a bit like a fan hitting the shroud (but definitely NOT that) No sound at idle, only when the revs pick up now.......... The other time i drove it was just after it arrived on a tow truck for a short distance so a bit confused as to what the issue is. The only thing i have done that could change anything was pull and re-install the coil-packs and tighten some vac hoses...

ENGINE:
basically: dont buy it. get the exhaust instead, it sounded good

Lot of interest on the engine but as i have been telling people i am NOT 100% sure about anything. its a gamble, if someone wants the "long motor" $650 but its your risk.
If it does not sell then eventually (when i have more time to fiddle) i will remove it and confirm the issue and re-adjust the price accordingly. If there is a buyer for it "as is" i can remove it any time.
NO i am not taking it out tomorrow and transporting it to a workshop for testing at my expense.
If you want a proven and known good 300zx motor, DONT buy this one (or any old TT). take yours out, spend the $2600 or so on a basic rebuild and be sure of its condition. I dont want any angry customers...

 

How much for the Afm And Ptu posted to QLd I am new to the whole forum thing...

 

I'm after a Targa Hook in good condition if you have one ? ( for a 2seater ). If so can you post up a price and postage to Vic 3220.

Targa hook is pretty average, only decent ones are for 2+2 here.

Boot plastics are $50. NOT show quality. Several broken/cracked mounts, scratches etc. ok if your missing a section completely... Pic below
