I now have the complete wide body kit for sale.
I have 2 threads with wide body bits so I thought I would combine the parts in to the one thread.

2+0 and 2+2 kits are available.

Looks very tough, top work! :zlove:

I'm sure you'll sell loads, I've seen many many people asking where they can get a wide body kit and I've only been on the forum for a relatively short amount of time.

Not quite the look I'm after however but still, looks amazing.

    Thanks.

The kits have been on here for about 2 years now.
But have been pushed way back in the thread pages.

    Local pickup/delivery question

    Question in passing:

Any cheaper for local pickup or Delivery, I'm in Devonport? (PM reply if needed)

I'm looking for later down the track, when my Z is ready for painting (kit then, when paint goes on)

Hope you don't mind the "Interested, but later down the track" query.

I like the look of your work and i'm always happy to help Z member's businesses.

    Cheers
    Pete

Damn that is sexy, pretty sure im going to order one once my conversion is done and dusted, just a question, the rear bar exhuast holes seem smallish in the pictures ive got dual 3'' cannons will they fit or cause a problem ? And the nose panel you supply will it just be stock looking or can you come up with one with vents ect..
Either way keep up the damn nice work.

    Exhaust holes

Ok I have just measured the exhaust holes in the rear bar and it is (100mm = 3.9 in) so that should be plenty of room for your 3'' cannons.
Also for the nose panel yes I can make a vented style of your choice I don't have any new moulds made up yet for the new raised nose panel but I can soon make one up of your choice.

    Rear Guards/ side skirts.

The are stuck on with sikaflex/screws or rivets and then fibre glassed the car.
They body filler is used to smooth out the seems.

I realise this is not a five minute job but is it do-able from a diy project point of view if you are reasonably handy and patient...LOL

Has anyone either fitted this kit or similar and can comment on how difficult/easy it is.

Does anyone know of any tech article that relates to the fitting of a wide body kit, wouldn't have to be 300ZX specific.

    fitting the kit

Yes I fitted my own kit to my car and I im painting it this summer.
There are few members here that have the kit on their cars.

Im not sure what a body shop would charge.
As im doing it all myself so thats a big save.

Would you sell the sideskirts on their own? Or would they not line up with another brand of front bar/rear?
