my 300zx doesnt hav an ariel......so i cant listen 2 the radio even if i wanted 2.......whats up with that?
yeah you should have one where that hole is at the rear hatch drivers side, I can see it in your sig...maybe it was pulled out they do play up but can be fixed.

In fact they have two aerials. FM in Japan is split into two bands, hence the two aerials. The first one is an electric one in the rhs rear quarter panel - I think I can see the spot where it should be in your sig photo. If yours has been snapped off, get a replacement (try Cresta), and in the meantime stick a coat hanger in there in the tried and true Aussie tradition. The second aerial is built into the hatch glass just like the rear window demister wires. Both aerials end up in the dash behind the radio where they are coupled together before plugging into the original radio. A lot of people (me included) cut the second one off when they install a modern radio as the electric aerial is plenty adequate. Agree with my friend on your spelling. It is probably not your fault. We went through a period in our education system where it was believed that the expression of ideas was much more important than the form in which they were expressed. That was BS then and it is BS now..
I have corrected the spelling in the title. Since we like to use the search feature on this site from time to time, it actually helps if you can spell things properly, especially in the title. That way, you can find things later. I mean, if you wanted to find out information about aerials, and you type ariel into the search field, it would have brought one result, namely this thread. So, please save your abbreviations for your mobile phone
