Ah my 15 minutes of fame

channels 7 and 9 even rocked up, but that was shortly after September 11, so they had more interesting things to report on the news that night.
 
The officer to my left once walked into my office when I had a pic of me doing a big phat burnout as my desktop image. "Uh.... that was done on private property, honest" What else did a web search on my name pull up? There are some interesting things out there but they are pretty hard to find.... (and let me beat you all to the chase in regards to any porn actor name jokes)

I wrote some software for Victoria Police

for my thesis.... a competence test for officers training to become detectives (I can come in handy should you ever need to secure a crime scene ). When it was done for the handover there was a bit of a ceremony with Christine Nixon, they pushed it as a media event, some TV turned up and there were some articles in The Australian.... all a storm in a teacup in my opinion, the program didn't really warrant all the attention..... I don't think they ever even got a computer lab setup to use it.That 15 minute presentation and demo at the handover was the longest in my life though!Ben
