White Dials

    i got some 180kmh white dials an guage rings, now when i install em ill have 2 take of the needles. can they only go back on 1 way or do i need 2 b extra careful?

    Need to be very carefull ...>

    best if you have a signal generator so you can check you got it right.

    2nded... VERY easy to ruin the speedo

    internals using too much force getting the needle off. Also need someone with datascan showing KPH to calibrate once finished to ensure needle is accurate and reads true rpm.

    Do a search on my old posts re 'speedo' for more details. I've actually sworn off doing these conversions for people now after ruining a speedo cluster getting off a particularly tight needle... Although he didn't blame me, I felt so bad that I went and bought the owner another speedo unit :{. It's pure luck if yours comes off without damage.

    mark, probably something to do with the colour of the

    "speedos" .. i believe that black is the right colour whereas the colour red can be a problem, similar to saint paul's cathederal ...??? .. particularly as you mention "internals" ..!!! ...lol...!!!!
