spanner will get in or you just undo a few bolts in the corner of the fender to get enough space to get the shifter in.

give you a toip, pull all the metal bits off that you want to be chromed, drop them into a chromer and you'll end up getting a full engine bay of bits chromed for $50

only electro-plater in my area isnt the best..... somehow managed to forget about a custom rod grille and left it in the acid bath over the weekend. Not much left to plate after that.

Apart from the intake/exhaust sprockets, I'm done with bl$ng.

A couple of cracks to repair, pretty minor damage otherwise but decided to repair & respray the whole bar:)
Seemed pointless to do little patches:)

Lostsoul, what are those rails from? They look to fit sorta ok with adequite modifications.

    Looks good so far.

    Cheers

They are from a Mitsubishi V3000 ... injector centers are spot on for the Zed.

Not the easiest way to do it ... but, some would say, nothing I have done to this car was done the easy way ... Plus, I am trying for a "factory'sh" look.

v3000, thats pretty cool. Are you planning on running a single pump or twin flow?

Also which injectors are they? rb26 top feeds?

Probably just going run a single pump ... injectors shown are just the std. v3000 ones which obviously too small, just using them for setup purposes.

Will most likely end up with something around 750cc - 1000cc depending on the injector characteristics ... have heard some 1000cc injectors are just as good at idle as smaller ones? ... not that I need 1000cc, at the moment :br:

All depends on the tune and the supporting mods. But yes there have been cases where 1000cc injectors can be made to idle well. Getting into the e85 realm though.... nice.

Be sure to keep us updated.
