I don't usually like to post links from other well known zed sites, but thought this was too amazing to not put up: http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/general/view/2200916/Just-in-time-for-ZCON-350Z-SCCA-Crash-at-Mid-Ohio.html The particular reason I put this up is for the advice the driver gave (posted in one of the follow-up posts by another TT.NET member), which can be found here: http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/general/view/2200959/Quotes-from-the-driver-from-another-forum.html There are a few of us who are about to embark on a bit more track stuff, and thought this was very good advice.
when you think about it, looking at those pics.....the 350z held together extremely well considering what happened to it....
Damn it! I bet it takes me a few seconds longer each lap tomorrow slides aren't so bad but once you get a roll going on ...... you are in for a long expensive heartbreaking nightmare.
glad he got out glad he got out but now for the funny side look at the first few pics, well pretty much all pics till it comes to rest..... im i the only one that thought "man that car wasn't outta there" its like the car was trying to escape. it made it past EVERY barrier, even down to the little fence at the end... to freedom its like the great escape or something
