    i ordered a 100k service 3 weeks ago and paid for express shipping. does anyone know who to contact so i know wats going one.

    Watch this space! I hope to be personally doing something about making it easier for forum members to get in touch with TTZ in the very near future!........probably once the new financial year starts???.........so I'll keep you all posted!

    I didnt pay,i know that with ttzed,its cod or they dont get shit
    This was a $300 order i placed on 6th April,heard nothing back since,numerous emails no reply
    If russ takes over,i will do business with them,if not,im finished screwing around with 2nd rate/part time businesses

    i ordered a 100k sevice kit as well about 4 weeks ago, after calling a few times I got hold of him and he said parts were out of stock and it would be a few weeks until they came from America

    Getting them from America? Couldn't be getting them from Coz - they'd have been here three weeks ago. :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

    Not much on that site is in stock,he gets most of the nissan parts from Blackburn Nissan and the other stuff is ordered in from where most of us get it from anyway :eek:

    I ordered a third brake light panel about 18 months ago (cash on pickup) and am still yet to receive the phone call that it has arrived for me to pick up.. pity the car it was going to go on was sold about 15 months ago.

    Well hopefully I might be able to help remove some of the frustration for forum members when it comes to chasing their orders??......i'm still negotiating with Simon exactly what I can realistically help him with.........but at least it might be a step in the right direction to have a regular forum member that can represent TTZ on here!

    .......and as far as the incorrect part being sent??......Simon will always do his best to help with any issues like that! (within reason of course!)

    & yes I believe a lot of parts do come from Coz!........but with TTZ trade rates from Coz & bulk shippping from the US hopefully TTZ can become a cost effective alternative again for local members!

    The TTZ website prices are well overdue for a review!.......which is something we hope to address!

    & with the Aussie dollar at the moment! :mad:...... some things are actually viable to buy from the TTZ local NISSAN supplier!

    So I'll keep you all posted!
    Like I said at this stage nothing will probably happen until the new financial year as far as my involvement goes!.......but hopefully I can help make a few small improvements to 'customer service'?? ;)

    I responded to Simon and someone else about it straight away and tried to organise the replacement, but got no real response in the end. I routinely sent emails every fortnight or so and tried calling several times. 3 months later I kind of gave up hope.

    The part in question is a US part sent to me by mistake...its a passenger side power window switch bracket..

    I'm a bit confused, should I be trying to call them now to verify that my order is/has/will be sent? It's only been a few days now but I paid for overnight and really need this part to get my car right.

    .. a business pretending to do business and collecting money should have the courtesy to respond to customers enquiries ....

    TTZ has been an issue on this forum for at least the four years of my membership and apart from a short period where blondie helped out, the ongoing question has been .... "where is Simon .... Simon who ...??? ..." ... it would be easier to find "the ghost who walks" ...lol.....

    .. just maybe, one day, the dash mat i ordered and paid for some 4 years ago will turn up ... 27,000 phone calls and emails did not work then ... i would not expect anything to change in the future .....

    Bah, Ive well and truely given up on that business! Should have learnt my lesson the first time I used his site and ordered a clutch kit, recieving the wrong one two weeks later, sent it back and and waited another 4 weeks to receive the proper one. Mean while the zed is off the road for 6 weeks in pieces:vomit: He is such a nice guy though, and can be really helpful on the phone.
