timing belt cover

    does anyone sell these timing belt covers in australia ???

    i remember gonzo made some but doesnt do it anymore ??

    anyone else before i get one from overseas ?

    Not to go off your thread but -

    Why would you want an open timing cover ?

    Get a stick rock / finger in there etc and jump a cog etc

    If you want to see the gears etc just get a clear timing cover.

    Just seems a bit odd to be chasing one of these, but each to his own I guess

    yep, then the clear covers get crap spewed over the back of them and the whole lot looks like Shite.

    Open covers are OK provided you are careful. IMO the covers in Chads pic is a good compromise.

    Be warned have all the under covers fitted to the engine bay if you do this.

    They're reasonably priced from zcentre and fit and finish is very good. Wouldn't waste my time chasing a knockoff...

    Also allows access to adjustable cam gears. I did the old hack and slash on standard ones so I can get them off without dumping the coolant.

    Send Gonzo an email (via this site). He might still possibly make them to order & he made me the one you have pictured. Otherwise Zcentre as mentioned.
