An item on last night's Gold Coast news told of a guy stoned out of his friggin' mind on Crystal Meth took a knife and cut his fucking nuts off!! Doctors at the Gold Coast Hospital were unable to re-attach them. If this doesn't bring tears to your eyes I don't know what would.
Um thats just Darwins theory in effect (And working quite well) Crystal meth is THE nastiest drug in terms of the psych cases we see. Really messes people up and sometimes the psychosis is permanant and they never recover.
Interesting TV show a while ago, where the psychosis was so severe... in one ice user that he believed and thought he saw/felt parasites just under his skin, and constantly picked at them until he was covered with scabs where he'd picked holes in his flesh with his fingernails. Not to mention the special lock-up cells in the emergency ward where these junkies literally bounce off walls..... Some seriously nasty shit. CheerZ Vincent
They must be screwed in the head already to want to try out these drugs in the first place. Go Darwin!!!
balll 4 easter man that ball is dam gross, think you just put me off eating eggs for a very long time
meh. people have done as bad and worse on the legal option. dude must have been pretty unstable to begin with.
Have to agree with that Plenty of people take drugs without ending up psycotic. The screw was already loose. People with something already wrong are probably more likely to take stupid amounts and use more often too.
Sorry your incorrect Your right that plenty do take them with no dramas, but the rate with meth amphet is way higher than other illicit drugs in causing psychosis so your really taking your chances. The part your incorrect about is that "the screw was already loose". Many drugs, i.e. marijuana can cause a psychosis in those already with a predisposition like you described. However Meth and amphetamines in general are unique in that someone can actually cause a psychosis, +/- permanent mental illness using this stuff, who would of otherwise been normal with no predisposition to mental illness at all.
totally right ZisLuv... although I haven't heard many cases of psychosis as a result of the use of marijuana. Definitely schizophrenia and paranoia though.
A dry australia? I say ban alcohol, its a far bigger problem than ice or grass, which is,( and rightfully so )against the law. To many cowards hide behind its legality.
