Awesome cruise today! Had a great time today guys, awesome roads and awesome people. Thanks Cam for a great cruise! I'll have pics up in the next few days. Didnt get a chance tonight as I spent the night in the garage troubleshooting and finally fixing my stereo issues. But yeah, what a great day. I also think Mick has luscious hair. Just sayin.......
'Twas a good day, was anyone with a camera out at Kinglake quick enough to get a shot of the spaceframe thing that went around the round-about just before we all left?
those are some awesome shots, well done guys! to bad though i just put these in tonight, would've been nice for those photos! thanks to bracket for explaining how to do it so easily!
Looks great man! Thanks for the day Cam, was a top cruise and well organised, good seeing everyone again
it was a great cruise.. in my own back yard.. so it was fun to do.. i think this could be a anual thing if we wanted.. my only disappointment is i couldnt stay for the day.. i think i might go alont the route in the next few weeks just for the fun of it.. damien
This just make me sad to read. This is as close as I got to go for a cruise. Very sorry I missed it, I suspect it was going to be a good run adn it appears it was.......
Try doing the loop around the other way and having a detour up and down Lake Mountain, that's the way I usually do it.
You look so sad in that picture Shame you missed it, we'd just pulled out of Healesville when I got your message.
My Wife hobbled in and snapped the picture while I was sitting in the car running through the ECU triggers. I was giving it a once over, so that I was right to go once the grand parents turned up to look after the wife and daughter. But, the retire couple got distracted on the way and went shopping..... 5pm they turn up for dinner. Love them dearly, but.......
I will keep this in mind... I'm not sure yet if ill do this same loop easy as for an annual run, or do 'Big Loop' cruises in different areas....
Nothing wrong at all with the way you did it, just something to consider if you don't want to do exactly the same run again, especially as he is looking at going back and doing it again so soon.
Peter, it looked like an Ariel Atom, one of the earlier models. Google up some images and see if you think it's the same car
MikeZ32 thought so too, looked too wide to me so I was wondering if it was some home-made/kit thing. Seems I'm out numbered
Nah I'm with you Peter.... I thought it was a kit car aswell... Just an aerial atom look alike... There is plenty of them, what a fun car to have though!
I think maybe the same area but maybe change the route up a little. I ended up going home through cockatoo, berwick and cranbourne, a few nice roads out the way too.
You may well be right about it being a cheap kit/copy guys but if you look at Atoms from certain angles they're not a skinny car - Hmmm, I'm about to buy the kids a bigger go-kart. Maybe I should go for a dad sized kart, one that's road legal and puts a smile on a bitch's face - Great pic but he needs more hair
Good call dude, good call And her zimmer frame would match the car's styling perfectly  Gosh, I'm getting a Feng Shui semi just picturing it Now stop side-tracking me, I'm trying to compile a post that's actually relevant to the cruise
