steering wheel centre hub swap

ive got a cruise control steering wheel (poor condition) and also a non cruise control steering wheel (good condition) here..

can i change the whole centre hub completly to the other outer steering wheel part ?

i know the cruise control wheels have a different centre hub so can i change the whole thing over?

if so how can i do this is it just a matter of hacking into it and trying to force it out or something ? i dont want to wreck the wheels...

all unscrews IIRC. Did so on my slicky

I've got one of Khalids (Interior-Innovations) new steering wheels on order. Cant wait until it arrives, nothing quiet like a nice new wheel .
