So I've put everything back together after and engine swap and HICAS delete with NA pump and the solenoid on the steering rack is making a buzzing sound whenever the ignition is on. Can anybody diagnose a problem from that? I haven't taken it off the hoist yet so I'm not sure whether the power steering is working. Not sure if this is more likely from incorrect steering wheel/sensor alignment (from dropping the column during engine pull), the system not being bled properly or the solenoid dying.
