Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamp GB

Also known as the "more bling under the bonnet" GB

I'm sick of mucking around with "worm gear" clamps on all my boost hoses, they invariably twist or strip when tightened (especially when they're getting old). I'd be lucky if I had more than two clamps that even match anymore, so I've organised a GB on T-Bolt clamps for the ttzed. The kit consists of a complete set of Stainless Steel T-Bolt clamps to fit the boost hoses on a Nissan 300ZXTT.

The SS T-Bolt clamps have a 19mm wide band, which is especially useful on silicon hoses because it helps eliminate the clamp cutting into the hose as it's tightened. (It'll also add some "bling" under the bonnet ) The T-Bolt clamp has a superior action, can be tightened to far greater torques than the "worm gear" clamp that is generally used, and won't strip or twist.

The Standard kit is suitable for all TTzeds with SMIC's (oem or aftermarket) and will be available at a GB price of $49.

If you have hardpipes at the throttle bodies (instead of Oem or Silicon hoses), there will be a Hardpipe upgrade available for an extra $26.

A FMIC upgrade will also be available for an additional $24.

A minimum buy order of 20 units will be required for this GB.

The GB will run for approximately one month (or until MOQ is achieved) and stock is available. Shipping to your door will be $10.70 (within Oz) and anyone wanting to "double up" at the one address, I'm pretty sure we can fit two sets in for the one price.

Anyone wanting the Hardpipe or FMIC upgrade should PM me first, to verify their configuration is the same as the upgrade.

A deposit of $49 will be needed upfront (fully refundable if GB fails to proceed) and shipping/Hardpipe/FMIC costs will be payable when the order is placed.

Ian, do you have any info on how many clamps you are offering in each 'kit' and which sizes these are?
Reason being is that the T-Bolt style have a narrow diameter in which they can be used.

You price is good for the record, I bought my T-bolt clamps from southcott hydraulics for $8-12 EACH, so your price is a steal

The photo in the opening post is a pic of the Standard Kit, which is for zeds using SMIC's and consists of 16 clamps.

The upgrades consist of :-

Hardpipe kit : 24 clamps
FMIC kit : 24 clamps
Hardpipe FMIC kit : 32 clamps

All clamps are the appropriate size for use with OEM or Silicon Hoses. Anyone using lengths of Fire Hose are probably out of luck with this GB

And Mitch, you're right about these being an awesome price....... when I first started researching this GB, I was being quoted more than this for "worm gear clamps"

What clamp set would I require for an NA with hard inlet pipes and silicone radiator pipes?

 

NA Kits can be arranged....

NA kits can be arranged as an "additional purchase". This means NA owners can take advantage of the GB buying power, but the NA Kits will NOT count as part of the Minimum Buy Quantity.

Standard Kit for a NA will be $13 and a Hardpipe Intake Kit will be $27.

NA owners should contact me by PM to arrange purchase, DO NOT put your name on the GB list.

 

I do not have a zed anymore, but i think i might want in on this, can you possibly give me a list of the clamp sizes provided in the kits so i can see if it will be appropriate

A couple more pics....

These SS T-Bolt clamps have 4 spot welds on each side of the bridge, a lot of clamps only have 2 or maybe 3 welds. Every little bit helps when it comes to strength and durability

Kit configurations....

There seems to be a lot of confusion regarding this GB, especially from NA Owners.

This GB was set up originally for Intake/Boost Hose SS T-Bolt Clamp Kits to suit TTZeds. Then, as a courtesy to the NA owners.... it was expanded to include NA Kits as an "additional purchase", to enable NA owners to reap the benefits of the bulk buying power generated by the TT quantities. NA owners can NOT purchase their kits prior to the GB being finalised.

It is NOT a GB for radiator hose clamps, PVC hose clamps, petrol hose clamps or any type of hose clamp other than Boost Hose Clamps (or Intake Hose Clamps for NA).

Listed below is the configuration of the Kits. Each details the range and number of SS T-Bolt Clamps in each kit:-

I will be having an aftermarket TT radiator in my NA zed if that matters...
I just would like to know how many clamps in total would my NA zed need...also what sizes would they be? Thanks.
