Stainless Steel G316 Bolt Kits ~$65 delivered.

Anyone interested in a run of stainless steel bolt kits?
You can get the engine kit on eBay for $75+shipping from US.
Different kits include different things. The Z1 kit has 140 or so bits for the engine. Some suppliers offer an engine kit, a seperate engine bay kit, and a timing cover bolt kit.

I was just going to compile a list of everything I think necessary. The whole engine, as well as any obvious bolts within the engine bay like nose panel etc. Probably not timing covers as I cant get shoulder hex head bolts.


Marine Grade316 stainless steel.
The bulk of the engine and engine bay, maybe 150-odd pieces.


Without getting precise quotes im going to estimate $50+$10 postage.

So estimated at $65 delivered in Aus for a stainless G316 kit likely a bit more comprehensive than the Z1 kits that land for around $90AUD, also those are only Grade 304 stainless.


Any interest? If a few people are keen at this price ill set up a list, get a bulk quote, start a proper group buy, then buy a million bolts and distribute. If nobody is fussed about Grade316 I can just do G304 for like 5bucks cheaper. They both do the job for our basic application..

Alright ive sorted the lot out. Im going to have one generic kit.
If theres any bits people think I should add in let me know, but I think ive got it covered..

It will be a complete Grade 316 Stainless Steel kit. Something like $10 more than G304 but I thought why not. Would people rather a Grade304 set for $58 delivered? Might get some of them if people are interested but for now just offering the G316.

all will be stainless steel G316 hex head socket screws (allen key) as they look better and dont round themselves like external hex bolts. All corresponding washers and a few lock washers will be provided, as well as a list printed out for you saying which bolts and washers go where. I will likely throw in two or three spares of the bolts used often. You will also have extras if youve deleted anything, or dont have HICAS etc..
