Hay guys going to sell whats done so far on the single turbo setup, selling because i just dont have the time at the moment to finish it This setup comes with manifolds, turbo, intercooler and 45mm gate 20m exhaust wrap. you will require small modifications for this gear to fit. re-locate battery and notch battery tray (unless you want to use a new style turbosmart gate as they are smaller). The wiring harness looks to be fine mani will just need to be wrapped Dump will need to be made aswell as piping to intercooler ect would be awesome for someone with some fabrication skills. these manifolds are NOTmade from tube so they are not going to crack like tube manifolds do. Im asking $2500 for the lot. (This wouldn't even cover the time i have spent making them ) will make another set once this 2j's outa here
ahhhh noooo i was holding out for the finished kit to go on sale i have zero fab skills also needed another few months to put the money aside good luck hope someone picks it up and finishes it off
I can make the cooler so it's bolt on but there is no piping. Planned on using standard throttle body pipe work down to where smic go that way there is minimal pipework to make.
Unit is built to a GT3040(aka 3082 new name) spec turbo with a 0.63a/r turbine housing, so pretty much a GT30 based turbo (60mm exhaust exducer) with a GT35 compressor wheel (61mm compressor inducer). not a chinese turbo its a gcg bb turbo S/N 060530 P/N xrt3040-63 Gate is a genuine Turbosmart 45mm Pro-Gate
