    Hi everone.
I have 91 auto 300zx fairlady 2 seater & i notice a shudder that feels like its comming from the rear of the car. the funny thing is it only happes at 40km/h goes away then returnes at around 80.

i have thought it can be a: center bearing, tailshadft or the auto tranmission problem but im no mechinic and dont really have any clue wat it could be.:confused

i'm praying its not a big problem and easily fix so please help with any infomation or test that may help determine the problem..

    Much appreciation guys.

Wheel bearing, alignment, etc Take it to get a full suspension check, Peddars or somewhere similar just to get it diagnosed cheaply and go from there to at least count out something simple.

If you just had tyres done they probably just did the balance and alignment and sent you on your way, a suspension shop will do all that and inspect everything else with their machines etc

Sounds dumb but check the lug nuts, stranger things have happend.

Get it on a hoist or up on jack stands and check the centre bearing. That's a classic symptom. You may have to remove the exhaust and heat shield to get to it.
