Hi all, Once apon a time in a galaxy far, far away, I used to own an NA, a very nice one for a fact (Well in my eyes anyway), but for all you old school people (Check out my member ID ) who knew me, I've had my fare share of problems with it and the enjoyment of owning one quickly disapered when all the money I put into the car wasn't going towards mods, etc.. but was going towards keeping the car on the road. Now that is the past.... A thought of getting another Zed recently crossed my mind. Putting all my bad experiences aside, overall the Zeds are not that bad, and thinking of getting behind the wheel again puts a smile on my face Now that I'm older and a little more wiser, things might be different this time around. There will always be pros and cons, but which one will win me over. Peace Tay
Should Hi Tay Some Zeds are simply lemons just as some Fords (well not really) and many holdens are But I think most most zeds are expensive and demanding nonetheless they are gorgeous if you get a goodie. cheers Geoff

Good to hear that you are actually reconsidering a Zed after all the problems with the previous one. :thumbsup: It sounds like a new year resolution to me Tay...:LOL: Are you considering a Z32 or a Z33? :unsure: Take your time in looking for another one, so that when you do lay your hands on one you can rest assured that you did all the research possible in finding it. You will be making an informed decision and that's peace of mind. :thumbsup: If not a Zed maybe an NSX... Let us know anyway :thumbsup: PS. YOU SHOULD!!!! Remember that feeling, of putting your foot down ever so slightly and the Zed took off, the smoooth breeze blowing through your hair and ALL EYES ARE ON YOU! The people in the street are pointing, and chatting between each other, you hear mumbles of WOW check out that ferrari. Your foot gets heavier and the car accellorates even quicker. But you can't forget the bad times either, Spending the money on little things even if it was to keep the car on the road, The Feeling of a purchase that is going to make you feel better about yourself and about your car. SIGH!!! What a feeling. NOW PICTURE BEING DRAGGED BY 2 TURBO'S AND EVERYONE BEING LEFT BEHIND WITH OPEN JAWS Fate

Tays Swift is a sweet little Granny shopping trolley Turbo beast that puts out about 125kw at the wheels last time I saw it on a Dyno (think about the power-to-weight ratio). It would chew up, spit out and leave in a smouldering trackside heap any NA Zed you know of, and probably quite a few TT's too!
