I know the feeling of crashing a car without comprehensive
Hopefully you're back in a zed before you know it.

Buy a dirt cheap aus spec auto, and just swap all the manual bits over

 

There might be something to that if you have the knowhow. I've found that the autos are in better condition because they're owned by women and old men who aren't enthusiasts and don't want bits of fibreglass and fancy exhausts hanging off their ride Finding an unmolested auto might be easier.

 

May have already found a manual replacement fair cheap too

 

if you need any help with pulling things off or storage of parts let me know.

i got a warehouse that i use to store my crap. and i have stripped many many cars.

so if you need any help im only in keysborough (about 2km from where you crashed )

No worries, thanks for the offer, i should be able to keep most of not all of it stored in the shed, So long as the big bits move on relatively quick

 

hey robbo pretty sure you texted me asking if my car was still forsale, didnt click on who it actually was sorry to hear what happened really sucks but im hoping you find another 300 and stay in the game seeing as tho i was always a fan of your build thread because your young and wernt scared of giving things a crack also my zed is still forsale but im hoping you have found one already good luck robbo.

The aftermath

So its been a week since i wrote my zed off, and ive been busy stripping her, and looking for a replacement. Never relised how many screws hold a dam car together!
