RIVERLAND AUTO EXPO '09 - Berri/Loxton Car Show (56k warning!)

Heres a few from me. Sorry I didn't get there sooner, having a 21st at my place and a blackout really doesn't help. oh yeah RedZedMikey, its Daylan, don't worry most people always get it wrong, so im used to it.

I was cruising with the magna club as I'm good mates with some of them

third and final stop, didn't take many pics here, we stopped for a BBQ, then head off back home

One of the magna's I was cruising with took out top sedan, and policemans choice, he copped a fair amount of paying out after winning that one

All cleared up with SAU...

I made a post over at SAU and have cleared things up. Not sure why I felt I had to, but we all fly under the Nissan umbrella and hence it would be nice to be friends..

AHEM!! She's already got a "partner" and Im the one that installed the levoc shifter! That's as low as we could get it without heavily modifying the inner shifter barrel.

You've obviously got a one track mind with the comments your making from innocent photos

But yes it was a great weekend, you should come next year...but leave your dirty mind at home in your other trousers

Except I just noticed your from Perth, so doubt that...one of the judges for the show flew in from Perth though...bit of a long drive unfortunately.

Just rolled in from Berri/Loxton via Adelaide (to see the Auld Mum). Last saw Jack just before the Western Ring Road, so I presume we are now all home safe 'n' sound. Didn't take many pics, and those don't add to what has already been posted. Nice efforts by those that did take pics.

 

What a top weekend, although it was more like 4 days. The riverland show weekend is always a top get-away with some great like-minded zed enthusiasts. It was great to have Ren, Craig and Andy along this year (as well as the usual crew) and I hope they want to go back for more. I don't have any pictures better than any of the great ones already posted but I am eagerly awaiting Andrews contribution. I do have one little video to share though.....

I can't really remember all the comments that made me come out with the "Can this trip get any gayer?" comment but I know it started with Jacks statement that he "Liked all types of sausage" and then went down hill with a few comments from the back of the party bus.

Personally I don't care what the skyline boys have to say. I had a read through some of the rest of the that thread and it seemed they were mainly interested in getting drunk and then drawing on each other in texta. There was also a slight reference to them "cheating" to win one of the raffle prizes. I vote we go back next year and win again so they really have something to be upset about.

Now.......to start thinking of the theme.......Pimps and Hos?.........Gangstas and Molls?.........Aliens and sexy space ladies?

 

Yeah - I got home ok as well, to a bit of a mess and probably a pretty traumatic day tomorrow, more on that later. I also took lotsa pics but i can't be bothered checking them at the moment. Awesome weekend though. Thanks to RZM for the use of the Magna beasty, had an awesome time coming thru the Chain of Ponds with Dave and Dougie, kept up well and would have "done" them both except for that Blue Zed getting in the way all the time. lol.

 

Oh please not about Sam...

 

Amazing job guys - reading this is almost like being there!!!! Great to see you all had a great time, and great pics.

 

Keep your chin up Jacky. You know we are here if you need us.

 

Come over next time Col. You and Nadine would have had a great time kicking back at Banrock Station with us.......and we could always do with another Red zed.

 

Yeah I've been talking about it with Mark. Quite a possibility next time...!

 

Hahahah...check out my "solar glare" legs in that mini vid lol...that air pillow was so much fun...bloody exhausting though..don't know how those kids could just keep going and going and going...lol..

We'll have to try and drag more out for next years event ..and really get thinking on the theme and set-up
