This has been happenning in Z Related as originally the guys were with the UK GB but we are now dealing direct with RL.

I will take CC payments if that helps but they do incur 3%.

    RLTC6AL $1102 +$138 shipping total $1240 (rr$1705)
    RLTC6DIA $1286 + $138 shipping total $1424 (rr$1965)

Our order left the UK yesterday guys! I will be sending each of you your tracking/freight details. Cant wait to get these installed and see just how good they are.
Between the 11 of us there is a complete Racelogic Traction Control product range being fitted in different combinations to both manual and automatic Zeds so the feedback will be very valuable.

Mattz, thankyou for your effort in getting this off the ground.

    Caz.. :zlove::zlove::zlove:

Well glad I could finally give back to the community a bit, but credit where credit is due, and Caz you definately deserve a lot of the credit here :) You've helped out so much and we all appreciate your efforts! :zlove:

    Woohoo! but also boohoo.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update Caz. Can't believe how quick the turn around was on these units.

Now for the bad bit, out of everyone who ordered, how many of you have had your units stopped by customs for payment of taxes and duties?

It's been a while since I had to pay import taxes (most stuff I buy comes from the US and falls under the free trade agreement) so I don't know exactly how much it is now. I'll research it this morning some time but is it still 15% import duty plus 10% GST?

    Cheers
    Mark

My tracking has just changed to "In Transit - On Time" so it appears to have gotten through. Fingers crossed that so did everyone elses.

I got a call this morning from UPS that I have a COD delivery coming to me today

so unfortunatley, the greedy fingers of customs (big government) didn't miss out on a piece of my pie

tariffs - you gotta love them

    Anybody fitted a set yet?

As it happens I will be in Oxford on 27 October, and that is about 20km from Buckingham where RL live.

Couldn't make up my mind on whether I wanted tp participate in the GB or not. Still not sure. I would be interested in hearing some reports on these - I could still get a set by rocking up to RL's door in my Alamo Vauxhall Vectra :( Shame I can't Rent-A-Zed).

I havent fitted mine yet.. I want to finish reading the manual front to back before I attempt it with auto elect help.
It certainly looks like a very well built piece of equipment :)

I will be heading down to wakefield on the 25th oct

I should have the unit installed either this weekend or early next week.

Heading down to wakefield on the 25th so i will definately be making good use of traction control and give comparisons with having it on or off.

So stay tuned and hopefully i can give some useful feedback.

    Cheers
    Michael
