[IMG][/IMG]A bit disappointed flame didn't show because he's got a lot of RWHP to find. It's cool about the "bloweruperer" because the "toys" are getting put away for a while, at least until early Dec.Had my own Tech. day here at work yesterday, some problems with one of our Miners. Will try to post a pic. of men at work. Well me and one of my fitters.Seeif it works

    Re: WURTH products

Try sending an E to WURTH asking who their local distributors are.

[IMG][/IMG]A pity Flame didn't turn up. I know he was keen to find all or some of his missing RWHP. It's cool about the "blowerupperer" cause all the toys are being parked up untill early Dec. so won't be able to use it. Looked like a great day, sorry I missed it but had my own Tech. day here at work.Problems with one of our machines. Will try and post a pic.

flame .. it is called "system cleaner" , comes in an aerosol spray can,

does have some other descriptor on the label(alzheimers has got me on that bit ..!!) .. and apparently is absolutely magic for cleaning all sorts of things especially the plenums ...

appreciate if you could check it out for price, availability etc ...:thumbsup::thumbsup:

the teeth .. somewhat indecisive .. rep from melbourne is due to inspect, today, thursday .. k-zed should be able to provide a more comprehensible report ...

Belt looked fine to me >>>

Nothing conclusive; to my limited knowledge just a minor mis-alignment of the belt markings when compared with OEM. The belt length, number of teeth, pitch etc. all matched perfectly.

Perhaps original fitting of the belt was back-to-front and marks were relied upon instead of technical expertise. Chapman & Chapman  fitted the belt.

didn't Amec also put the belt on a few times - so are they also lacking

the "technical expertise" like chapman and chapman? I find it strange that Amec are keeping quiet about this which to me insinuates that they are also guilty. I thought Emmanuel was going to post up the details as soon as the rep guy had been out.

Can't comment on that Shane, but ...

By sheer coincidence, the Zed owner of the subject 'timing belt' just called me and reiterated the shoddy job done by C & C. Apparently the belt was NOT only a tooth out, but auto-tensioner had NOT been released & one idler pulley retainig bolt was loose. :(
