    Hi Dean (Zippidy),

I've sent you a number of emails updating you of the status of these arms and I also emailed the registered post number early last week.

I'm sorry that you had a problem with communication but at my end they have definitely sent through and did not bounce back. My apologies if they haven't got to your inbox, maybe you have a spam filter?

I have your mobile number so please expect a call soon, I'd like to make things right by you if possible.

Also, I have been using Australia Post temporarily as the move between workshops means we don't have a fixed courier pickup slot as of yet.

    Thanks,

    Tom

Let me just state for the record that I am extremely happy with the upper control arms. They look to be a quality product and far superior to any others I have seen.
Let me also state for the record that at no time did I receive any email after receiving confirmation from Tom that I had sent funds.
My spam/junk filter stores all emails awaiting my confirmation that they are spam/junk. So no, I haven't missed any emails.
Also for the record, I am not deterred from dealing with Tom.
It is patently evident to me that Tom will go out of his way to assist customers and prospective customers. Answering the most inane questions and helping those who are obvious tyre-kickers.
My experience is very much an aberration.

Thanks Dean, I understand it would have been frustrating for you if there were no communications from the day you sent the money. I know I would feel the same way if I sent funds across the internet then everything went silent for two weeks.

I appreciate the comments and love the fact that you are happy with your purchase.

If at all you need any help or guidance in fitting the arms, please don't hesitate to call.

    Cheers! :)

Hey buzzniss, the new shop is located in Wangara. Our address is U1, 4 Ismail St.

The shop itself is still quite unfinished but we're back to business as usual, there will just be a little construction going on for the new few months until we get out big showroom built.

I got a set of rear upper arms through Tom. Excellent service and very quickly posted and here. Look like great stuff. Couldn't be happier with the transaction.
