Yep no worries The 55mm twin pass radiator can be supplied for $650 and if in NSW you can pick it up from Unique Auto Sports at Seven Hills or get it freighted to you for an extra $40. They utilise the factory clutch fan and factory shroud so no problems there for your setup. If you are keen for 1 PM me for bank details etc and we can get it underway Cheers Jason
ok... if you've seen my other post, it looks like I'll be in the group buy.. Just wondering if you could explain to me the difference between the 2 radiators?? Its just the core thickness thats different yes?? and all the TT fan shroud mounting points are there?? Also, I currently have a stainless steel lower radiator pipe in my zed.... can this be used with the PWR radiators?? ie, same mounting points for the hoses? Cheers
Your lower hardpipe, and mine for that matter, will no longer be used. The twin pass design brings the radiator outlet back over to the inlet side at the bottom. So water crosses over to the passenger side then back over to the drivers side through the second core. So all you really need is a 90 degree bend to go from the bottom rad pipe to the bottom engine water pipe. If you look at the first pic in this thread you'll see the bottom rad pipe actually comes out and then bends up so that saves the need for one of the rubber bends. okay all time is well and truly up. This has dragged on partly to the lack of response to get the ball rolling and partly me being well and truly tied up with business and personal comittments. I have recieved a deposit from Mark (jedi77 I presume) and have one or two more who are keen. The numbers are there and this GB will be closed officially this Wednesday 8th August 2007. So if anyone is still keen for a radiator speak up now or miss out. If you are in and havent yet paid the deposit/full payment do so tonight or tomorrow at the latest. The FINAL order will be placed with UAS wednesday afternoon and this GB will CLOSE.
